My fiancée and I had worked with a few Realtors® in the past, but truly never received or experienced the level of responsiveness, patience, and professionalism that we did with Brendan of The Moran Group. The quality that we valued the most was his respectful attitude during showings, where he gave us space without pushing or pressuring in any way. He is incredibly intuitive of his clients' personal process of home buying, and we found that refreshing and comforting.

Brendan did an amazing job for us. This was a co-owned condo, gifted to us by a relative, so a bit more complex. Brendan had to deal with three parties living in three different places, and handled all of the details for us quickly and seamlessly, including staging the condo beautifully! In addition, he began the process over the Thanksgiving holiday, and finished it over the Christmas holiday, so double kudos for that! Thanks so much, we are beyond impressed!

Brendan was really great to work with. My fiancée and I were house hunting in East Bay since rents are skyrocket high in SF, and Brendan came recommended from my fiancée's co-worker. A house came to our attention on day 1 of working with Brendan, and though he must've had other things going on, scheduled time that day to connect, review comps, provide advice, and we were able to put a bid in timely. Though we were outbid (Shocker! Welcome to the Bay Area), Brendan found us the house we live in today within 45 days.

I worked with Brendan last year to buy an investment condo in Walnut Creek. I was coming out of a very difficult sell side, and Brendan made the buy side very easy. He negotiated a good deal in a seller's market, interfaced with title and the HOA, and the whole thing went as smoothly and easily as I could hope for.

I very much enjoyed working with Brendan because he was knowledgeable about the market and the properties available, paid attention to my requirements-wishlist, and was very responsive via phone, text, and his personal time, but best of all, did not employ the emotional tactics that some agents do, by trying to make you anxious about the supply or demand and the pricing in the market. He was very professional and treated me with respect.
