So you're thinking about buying a home, but you just don't know where to start. Hi, I'm Brendan Moran with Five Star Real Estate. We have worked with hundreds of buyers over the years, so we know what you're going through. It is one of the largest investments you're ever going to make, and there's a lot that goes into it. So where do you start? But here's how we can help you.
Get Qualified as a Buyer
Well, first we want to make sure that you're qualified to buy a house, and that means looking at all of the different loan programs that might be available to you. We tell you what your actual monthly payment is going to be. Other stuff like principal interest, insurance, taxes, everything that goes into what you have to pay.
House Hunting
Once that's settled, it's time to go house hunting. And this is where we really come in handy because we can help you with schools, and neighborhoods close to public transportation. We get an idea about what you really want, and then we show you those homes.
Giving Offer
Okay, you found the house that you like. Now it's time to put in an offer. That's where we come in. We help you with the best terms and price that you can, depending on the market, the seller, and all the factors that go into it.
Doing Inspections
Once you get your offer accepted, we help set up inspections if we need to. We worry about deadlines and make sure that you are covered from soup to nuts. It's super important to make sure that once we're in contract, that we can ask the seller for specific things to have fixed or have done. Sometimes we may not need to. Other times we'll have to ask for a lot. It all depends on the situation. There's so much more that goes into it. I could just sit here and talk, talk all day.
