We get this question all the time, and the reason why is there are a lot of companies that have popped up recently that will help you buy or sell your home for next to nothing. And the reason they do that is because they need to compete and the only way that they can compete is by slashing their prices because they don't know what they're doing. And it's difficult to compete with an experienced real estate agent that can help you negotiate, knows the market, and gets results.
Now, full disclosure, I'm not a doctor, but if you think about it, your house is kind of like your biggest asset next to your body.
