We are seeing extremely low levels of inventory. Inventory means homes for sale. There are not many of them, which means that the buyers out there that do need to buy are fighting each other over what's available as a seller, this means you are going to be one of the only homes for sale. And believe us, there are buyers out there right now who need to buy now, want to buy, need to buy, and they're willing to write checks and pay more than they normally would be comfortable with to get into a home because they're worried the market's going to go up. And guess what? It probably will.
